Elite Partners will collect your personal information for its own use in connection with property assignments. We will not sell or pass on your details to a third party.

A refund may be available if you make an error in your payment. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or payment. If you make an error please call 9713 2900 as soon as possible.
Following a written request we will in accordance with the provision of the Privacy Act provide you with a copy of the relevant personal information, which we hold about you.
